Pela Via is a writer from the Pacific Coast, with literary and noir fiction published or forthcoming both online and in print. She served as fiction editor at Outsider Writers Collective, edited the anthology Warmed and Bound, and continues to toy with editorial and academic pursuits between writing projects.

2012 is taking shape as a very ambitious year for Pela Via….
